Product Returns

You can return part or all of the goods ordered through our online store within fifteen (15) calendar days from the purchase date and after prior phone or written notification. The cost of returning products is borne by the buyer. In case our company is responsible for the change/return of the product, then we bear the cost of return.

Products intended for return must:

• Be in their original delivery condition, including packaging, user manuals, peripherals & accessories
• Not have been used
• Be posted for return by the recipient no later than fifteen (15) calendar days
• Have been preceded by telephone or written communication of your intention
• Be accompanied by the original purchase receipt or invoice

We do not accept returns of broken and tampered products once the delivery is made by the carrier, check the products and sign for their integrity.

Order Cancellation

Your order can be canceled at any time if it has not been shipped. Cancellation is done by phone or email. The amount is returned in full and without any charge to the customer. The refund is made either through bank transfer or credit card. If you don't manage to cancel in time and your order is shipped, then the product return case applies.

If you have paid with your credit card and wish to cancel your transaction, and if the products have not been shipped to you, please notify us immediately within 24 hours of the purchase order, via e-mail or by phone, so we can immediately refund the amount charged to your credit card.
